Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Taste Drinks Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to providing premium-quality cold-pressed juices. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

 

2. No Change of Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply decide you no longer want the Products. All sales are final once an order is confirmed.

 

 

3. Out of Stock & Order Cancellations

3.1. We cannot guarantee that all Products will always be available. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel your order (in full or in part), and

  • Provide a store credit or substitute product, at our discretion.

3.2. You may not cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed unless expressly approved by us in writing.

 

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

4.1. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under the ACL where Products are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

4.2. Reporting Process:

  • You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If a Product is damaged or faulty, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs as evidence.

4.3. We reserve the right to assess the claim before providing a remedy. If a replacement or refund is approved, we will process it promptly.

 

 

5. Perishable Nature of Products

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices:

  • We cannot accept returns once a Product has been delivered.

  • We are not liable for spoilage or deterioration due to delayed collection, incorrect storage, or handling after delivery.

 

 

6. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved under the ACL, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not provide cash refunds for online purchases.
