Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
We deliver to select Australian locations. Availability is shown at checkout.
3.1 Order Cut-Off Time
3.1.1. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, Sydney time) will be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.
3.1.2. Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3.2 Processing & Handling Time
3.2.1. All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).
3.2.2. Our estimated handling time is 3–5 business days from the order processing date (as determined by the cut-off time above). Handling time covers preparation, packing, and dispatch of your order.
3.3 Shipping Costs
3.3.1. Unless otherwise stated or where free shipping is explicitly offered, a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $15 applies to all orders.
3.3.2. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3.3.3. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if courier rates change or if additional delivery requirements apply. You will be notified before any additional charges are applied.
3.4 Delivery Timeframes
3.4.1. Once dispatched, the estimated transit time (the time taken for the carrier to deliver your order) is between 2 and 8 business days, depending on your location.
3.4.2. Combining handling and transit times, the overall estimated delivery time for most orders is between 5 and 11 business days from the date the order is placed (subject to the cut-off time).
3.4.3. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events outside our control.
3.5 Perishable Products
You must ensure someone is available to receive your order on the expected delivery date. We are not liable for spoilage caused by late collection, incorrect addresses, or failure to refrigerate promptly.
3.6 Risk & Title
Risk passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or in accordance with your delivery instructions (including authority to leave).
3.7 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or lack of access, additional delivery fees may apply. We will not replace perishable goods spoiled due to failed delivery.
